Thanks for shopping at sweattacos — the online store at www.sweattacos.shop (the "Store"), owned and operated in the United States by Sweat Cosmetics Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and us each time you visit or order. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Store.

Using the Store

The Store is available to people who are at least 18 years old — or younger shoppers with a parent or guardian managing the purchase — and who can legally form contracts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for everything done through your account. By using the Store you confirm that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

The Products We Sell

We photograph and describe every item as faithfully as we can, while acknowledging two honest limitations: screens display colors a little differently from one another, and handmade or natural materials vary slightly from piece to piece. Neither counts as a defect. We may adjust the catalog, cap quantities on limited stock, and correct mistakes in listings at any time; the price and description locked in at your order confirmation are what govern that order.

How an Order Becomes a Sale

Your checkout is an offer to buy. A binding sale exists only once we email you the order confirmation. Until then, and afterwards in the situations below, we may refuse or cancel any order:

  • the item is unavailable or was listed at a clearly wrong price;
  • the order appears duplicated, fraudulent, or unauthorized;
  • payment cannot be verified; or
  • shipping to the address provided is not possible.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, every cent goes back to your original payment method automatically.

Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Delivery Fees

Prices appear in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, except on orders already confirmed. Payment is accepted by the methods shown at checkout.

Two promises apply to every order:

  • You never pay border charges. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and processing fees are covered by us wherever we ship, including the United Kingdom. Your checkout total is the full, final cost.
  • Delivery is free above $30.00 USD. Orders of $30.00 or less may include a standard shipping charge, which is calculated and displayed before payment.

Delivery and Tracking

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days and estimate arrival at 20–45 days after dispatch, depending on destination. A tracking number is available whenever you ask — email marceloidsoli@outlook.com. Lost parcels are reshipped at our cost or refunded in full. Complete details live in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases can be returned free of charge within 30 calendar days of delivery, and approved refunds arrive at your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Our Return and Refund Policy has the full procedure and the short list of items that cannot be returned.

Conduct Expected on the Store

Please use the Store lawfully and fairly. That means not:

  • attempting unauthorized access to the Store, its servers, or another customer's account;
  • running bots, scrapers, or heavy automated requests against the Store without written permission;
  • transmitting malware or code designed to disrupt the Store;
  • impersonating others or misrepresenting who you are;
  • infringing trademarks, copyrights, or other rights; or
  • placing orders without intending to pay, abusing discount codes, or otherwise defrauding us.

Content Ownership

The sweattacos name, logo, and Store design, along with all text, images, product photography, and code on the Store, belong to Sweat Cosmetics Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international law. You may browse and print pages for personal shopping purposes only; any wider use needs our written consent first.

We sometimes link to helpful external sites. They are independent of us, and we take no responsibility for their content, security, or policies.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Store is provided "as is" and "as available." Where the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — and do not guarantee that the Store will always be available or error-free. Our total liability for any claim connected to the Store or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These limits never override rights that consumer law does not allow us to touch.

Indemnity

You agree to make good any losses, claims, and reasonable legal costs that Sweat Cosmetics Inc. suffers because you broke these Terms or misused the Store.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules), with disputes heard by the state and federal courts of the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Where mandatory consumer law entitles you to sue where you live, that right is unaffected.

Updates to These Terms

We amend these Terms occasionally. The version posted on the Store, with the date above, is the current one, and continuing to shop after an update means you accept it.
